Article IX - Miscellaneous Provisions
 
Section 9.01
Validity, Severability:

The invalidity of any section, clause, sentence or provision of this Ordinance shall not affect the validity of any part of this Ordinance which can be given effect without such invalid part or parts.
 
Section 9.02
Amendments:

The Village Council has the power to amend this Ordinance at any time. The Village Council shall act upon proposed amendments to this Ordinance, submitted for action by the Village Manager, by approval or disapproval of such proposed amendments.
 
Section 9.03
Suspension of Ordinance:

No employee, officer, contractor or agent of the Village is authorized to suspend or alter any of the provisions of this Ordinance without the formal approval of the Village Council.
