1) Approval of Agenda 2) Approval of Minutes March 18, 2003 Old Business:* 3) Signage for Quil Ceda Village Conference Center 4) Entrepreneur Program Program Goals Budget - Staff New Business: 5) Quil Ceda Village Security Presentation Discussion: Travis Hill A 30 minute presentation was given on options for a security system for the Retail Center parking lot. 6) Contract with Whirlwind Services Sweep all Village Streets, Retail Center Parking lot, QCV Parking Lot once. 7) Marysville School District – Phone Bank* Requesting to use Conference Center for upcoming School Construction Bond. April 14 thru May 20; Monday thru Thursday; 5:30 – 8:00 p.m. 8) Recognize Cal Taylor’s service to Quil Ceda Village. 9) Next regular Council Meeting, May 20, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. at the Village Conference Center
