WHEREAS, the Village Council is the governing body of the Consolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Village under the Village Charter approved by the Tulalip Tribes' Board of Directors pursuant to Ordinance 111, and
 
WHEREAS, the Village Council is empowered by Article I, Section 3 and Article II, Section I, and Article III, Section 3, and Section 3(a) of the Charter to exercise governmental powers.
 
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Consolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Villages adopts as follows:
 
  The Tulalip Tribes Human Resource Ordinance 84 which, hereafter, shall be called the Quil Ceda Village Human Resource Ordinance 84 for purposes not inconsistent with Village officers and employees except as otherwise provided by the Village Charter or by law.
The Quil Ceda Village Human Resource Ordinance 84 has been amended to replace
"CEO with Village Manager" as granted by variance by the Board of Directors, the governing body of the Tulalip Tribes Resolution No. 02-0002.
 
ADOPTED by the Council at a regular meeting assembled on the 2nd of July, 2002, with a quorum present by a vote of 2 for and 0 against.
