WHEREAS, the Village Council is the governing body of the Consolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Village under the Village Charter approved by the Tulalip Tribes' Board of Directors pursuant to Ordinance 111, and
 
WHEREAS, the Village Council is empowered by Article I, Section 3 and Article II, Section I and Section 13 of the Charter to exercise governmental powers.
 
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Consolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Villages adopts as follows:
 
  The rules contained in the current edition of "ROBERTS RULES OF ORDER, NEWLY
REVISED" shall govern the Quil Ceda Village Council in all cases to which they are applicable and in which they are not inconsistent with the Village Charter and/or any Village Bylaws or any special rules of order the Village Council may adopt.
 
ADOPTED by the Council at a regular meeting assembled on the 2nd of July, 2002, with a quorum present by a vote of 2 for and 0 against.
