WHEREAS, the Village Council is the governing body of the Consolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Village under the Village Charter approved by the Tulalip Tribes' Board of Directors pursuant to Ordinance 111, and

WHEREAS, the Village Council is empowered by Article I, Section 3 and Article II, Section I, and Article III, Section 3, and Section 3(a) of the Charter to exercise governmental powers, and

WHEREAS,the Council adopted Resolution No. 20-0001 (U.S. Bank Checking Acct), 20-0004 (Quil Ceda Village Checking Acct), 20-0005 (Utility and Environmental Services Checking Acct), and 20-2006 (Quil Ceda Village Lease Revenue Checking Acct), with authorized signers, and

WHEREAS, the Village finds that it is necessary to have additional check signer in addition to the Three Village Council members, the Village Manager, the Village Construction Manager, and the Village Business Park Manager;

Additional Authorized Signers shall be: Melvin Sheldon, Jr., Tulalip Board of Director, Village Treasurer; Ex-Officio Council Member Marie Zackuse, Tulalip Board of Director, Village Clerk; Ex-Officio Council Member Don Hatch Jr., Tulalip Board of Director, Village Ex-Officio Council Member Marlin Fryberg Jr., Tulalip Board of Director, Village Ex-Officio Council Member

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED that the Council of the Consolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Village grants an additional authorized check signer:

ADOPTED by the Village Council at a regular meeting assembled on the 5 of November, 2002, with a quorum present, by a vote of 3 for and 0 against.
