Project Description:
Contractor will be responsible to provide and pay for all labor, materials, and equipment including but not limited to tools, construction equipment, machinery, utilities including water, transportation, and all other facilities and services necessary for the proper completion of the work on this project in accordance with the contract documents. Contractor shall provide all refurbish work complete as required to provide a uniform appearance to the pylon sign scope of this work shall include but not limited to: minimize operational impacts, protect existing banners located on Pylon, pressure wash all exterior metal surfaces only, seal seams and joints, and paint all metal surface only.
