Submission Details: I-5 / 4th ST and 88th ST NE Corridor Improvements Project includes the improvement to the existing I-5 interchanges and the corridors of Marine Drive NE / 4th Street / SR 528 and 88th Street NE. The project constructs seven roundabouts replacing signalized intersections along both corridors. The project also construct a new bridge over Coho Creek on 88th Street NE (replacing an existing culvert), new and replaced retaining walls, new stormwater treatment and conveyance systems, enhancements to Coho Creek and surrounding critical areas, landscaping, illumination, permanent signing, ITS, and other work.

The majority of the project footprint is located within the boundaries of the Tulalip Indian Reservation.
