Project Description:
The Consolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Village is soliciting proposals from qualified firms with experience in commercial building renovation who possess the staff, expertise, and resources to renovate the existing restrooms at the Tulalip Amphitheatre, located at 10400 34th Ave NE, Tulalip, WA 98271, to include plumbing and electrical work in accordance with the specifications detailed in the construction documents. The successful bidder will supply all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work. All work for the project to take place between 9/11/26 and 11/10/26.
A Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM at:

All bidders are encouraged to attend this pre-bid meeting and to visit the project site to acquaint themselves with the local conditions under work to be performed, correlate personal observations with the requirements of Bid and Contract Documents.
