Project Description:
Contractor will be responsible to provide and pay for all labor, materials, and equipment including to fulfill contracting obligations related to the scoped defined in QCV-CP-22-012 full bidding documents. Remove and dispose of existing flooring, base molding, fixtures, bank overhead deliver system, and (2) interior windows (seal windows, drywall). Remove & Dispose, repair, or replace existing outlet, switches, cover plates, transition strips, base molding, drywall, ceiling grid tracks & tiles, and any other related items to provide a finished vanilla shell unit. Prep floor for concrete stain and sealant, approved color. Interior painting, approved color. Electrical work – washer/dryer connections and provide pathways for electrical equipment (see Scope Attachment – A for detailed specifications). Please refer to Request for Proposal for entire scope.
