Project Description:
The Consolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Village is soliciting proposals from service providers with experience in riparian, stream and wetland vegetation management to assist with control of jewelweed (Impatiens capensis), an invasive species, in stream and wetland areas. This project will target jewelweed removal from stream and wetlands in the project area. Quil Ceda Village seeks experienced vegetation management contractors to use non-chemical approaches to managing target species. Knowledge of appropriate methods and timing of treatments is necessary to maximize effectiveness and prevent recurrence.

The target areas for vegetation management are located primarily west of 27th Ave NE, within Quil Ceda Village, in the vicinity of 88th St NE to 105th St NE, in the area formerly known as the Boeing Test Site. (see attached map and RFQ).

A pre-bid site viewing will be held Thursday, April 6, and Friday April 7 at 11:30 AM, at 8802 27th Ave NE, Tulalip, WA
