Project Description:
The Consolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Village is soliciting proposals from qualified service providers with experience in riparian and stream and wetland vegetation management to assist with control of invasive species, for stream and wetland restoration projects. The goal is to target specific species with non-chemical and chemical integrated pest management control methods, to reduce seed sources and improve restoration project integrity and success. All work for the Project must be performed between April 6 and October 2, 2026. The target areas for vegetation management are located primarily west of 27th Ave NE, within Quil Ceda Village, in the vicinity of 88th St NE to 105th St NE, in the area formerly known as the Boeing Test Site (see attached maps and RFP). Areas to be worked are saturated, muddy and inundated forested wetland and streamside areas. For questions or additional information, please contact the Wetland Program Coordinator at Quil Ceda Village Contact Us.
The project is located on the Tulalip Indian Reservation.
