Description of Project

Remove and replace est. 1320 Sqft of existing siding. Existing siding to be replaced with James Hardie straight edge shingles. Removal and replace of existing first floor window treatment. Removal and replace of belly band and kick plate. With a total of est. 2,050 Lf of miscellaneous WhiteWood. Repair of existing window treatments as needed. Replace any damaged Sheating wh exposed. Install new flashing. Caulk all trim and nail holes.
