Project Description:
The Consolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Village is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to assist the Village with wetland delineation services. The goal is to conduct wetland delineation in accordance with the Regional Supplement to the Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual: Western Mountains, Valleys and Coast Region (Vers 2.0 or latest version), physically flag wetlands and obtain GPS location data for those flags as well as the delineation data points. The target areas for delineation are located primarily west of 27th Ave NE, within Quil Ceda Village, in the vicinity of 88th St NE to 116th St NE, in the area formerly known as the Boeing Test Site. Pre-bid site viewing will be held on January 18 and 19th, at 10:30 am each day. Meet at the QCV Administration Office Parking at 8802 27th Ave NE, Tulalip WA 98282.
