Description of Project

The Tulalip Tribes of Washington ("Tribes") are soliciting Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ's") from qualified firms, for Engineering Services for the Quil Ceda Village (QCV) MBR Waste Water Treatment Plant Improvements Project (Project). The Scope of this Work for this activity includes the hydrological study of QCV, finalized prepared documentation and recommendations, and opinions of final design and probable cost for improvement to The Tulalip Tribes Quil Ceda Village Wastewater Treatment Plant effluent discharge program(s).
